We are sad to announce that on February 17, 2021, at the age of 73, Milagros B. Willoughby of Bedford, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Andres Catalan and Nina Catalan; and her husband Roger Willoughby. She is survived by: her children, Jeannette, Michael, Tony and Dwight. She is also survived by 16 brothers and sisters; 9 grandchildren; 1 great-granddaughter; and several nieces and nephews.

Health precautions for the safety of family and friends include facial coverings and social distancing at all times.
