She was predeceased by: her parents, David P. Hayes and Doris Hayes (Richardson); and her sister Marsha McMurry. She is survived by: her husband Roger Duncan; her children, Carie Zaiser (David), Jeremy Pitman (Mary Rose) and Brandon Duncan (Jennifer); her sister Mary Jo Hayes; and her grandchildren, Kylan Pitman, Asa Pitman, Zach Zaiser, Rachel Zaiser, Sam Zaiser and Miah Duncan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be given to the American Cancer Society.
