He was predeceased by: his mother Vicki L. Sowders (Ryan); his uncles, Terry and Larry "Peach" Sowders; and his grandfather Robert Ryan. He is survived by: his father Michael L. Sowders of Bedford; his son Michael Sowders, Jr. (Ashley Robbins); his grandsons, Wyatt and Waylon Sowders; his stepdaughters, Rachelle Fleshman of Seymour, Makayla Fleshman of Seymour and Kiana Fleshman of Seymour; and his siblings, Michelle Sowders of Bedford and Jamie Sowders of Bedford. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
