He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Morrell and Ruth Chandler (Canada); and his siblings, Hap, Jerry Chandler, Larry J. Umphress, Morgan Chandler and Carol Anderson.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Fisher Meadows of Bedford; his stepsons, Franklin R. Meadows of Bedford and William C. Meadows (Saori) of Fair Grove, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Logan Hunter Meadows, Michael William Everett Meadows and Keito Meadows of Virginia.
