He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Edward and Lois Maxine Jost (Baker); his wife Thelma "Diane" Mattox; his father-in-law Bill Mattox; and his sister-in-law Cindy Goodin.
He is survived by: his sons, Bryan Paul Jost (Kathy) of Iowa and Brent Mathew Jost (Eliza) of Bicknell; his mother-in-law Mary Mattox; his siblings-in-law, Kathi Thomas (Scott) and Tim Goodin; and his brothers, Marshall Jost of Columbus and Merle Jost of Brown Co. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
