She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Albert and Julia Novotny (Bytosh); her husband Waldo Frederick Silberg; and her siblings, Vincent, George, Albert, Joseph, Frank Jr., Doris and Emily.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Frederick Silberg (Donna), Jane Ann Miller (Donald) and Michael John Silberg (Leoma Lovegrove); her grandchildren, Thomas Frederick Silberg II (Catherine), Todd Ashley Silberg (Kelsey), Timothy Tate Silberg (Michael Sims), Theodore Donald Silberg (Heather), Amber Willow Steiner, Maxwell Bradley Miller (Morgan) and Adam Donald Miller (Kelley); her great grandchildren, Hamilton, Truman, Hawthorne, Cameron, Connor, Cassidy, Trent, Sydney and Thirah; and her sister-in-law Pat Novotny. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Margaret requested that contributions be given to Calvary Lutheran Preschool, Bedford, IN, or St. Paul Lutheran Church, Ironwood, MI.
