He was predeceased by: his parents, Hayden Smith and Lela Smith (Kale); his brother Maurice Smith; and his son Jim Smith. He is survived by: his wife Betty Turner; his son Scott Smith (Nikki); his grandchildren, Casey Smith (Brandi), Hayden Smith (Lindsey) and Gracie Smith; and his great grandchildren, Louie Smith, Stella Smith, Kennlyn Smith and Stori Smith.
