She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Potter and Judith Treadway (Turpin); and her brother Michael Potter. She is survived by: her husband Scott Smith of Bedford; her sons, Brandon Smith (Chantelle) and Aaron Smith; her grandchildren, Kathleen "Katie" Smith, Christian Smith, Khloey Smith, Jalen Richardson and Jazlyn McComick; and her brothers, Matthew Treadway (Matt), Bill Potter, Robert Potter (Bobby) and Daniel Treadway.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Day & Carter Mortuary (1133 Lincoln Ave, Bedford, IN 47421). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
