She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Hayes and Dorothy Philpott (Reynolds); her husband Timothy Dotts; and her brother Michael R. Hayes. She is survived by: her children, Jessica Dotts of Bedford, Jeremy Dotts (Tiffany) of Mitchell, David Hayes of Mitchell, Joshua Dotts (Jamie) of Bedford and Alissa Shoults (Eric) of Mitchell; her siblings, Bonnie J. Moser of Heltonville and Ron Reynolds of Bedford; her sons, Justin Dotts and Jerrod Dotts; and her grandchildren, Nori Berk and Shianna Dotts. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
