She is survived by: her husband William Stanley Collins of Bedford; her children, Leroy Wade of Bedford, Jerry Wade (Kim) of Mitchell and Pam Melvin (Randy) of Judah; her grandchildren, Krista, Jason, Angela, William, Dana and Heather; and her great grandchildren, Anna, Lia, Amelia, Elijah, Arianna and Knox.
