He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Maddox and Esta Maddox. He is survived by: his wife Monta Rose Maddox; his sons, Rick Maddox (Robin) of Bedford, Kelly Maddox of Bedford and Joey Maddox (Candi) of Mitchell; and his grandchildren, Whitney, Audrey (Logan), Austin, Hunter, Haley, Tylor, Aimee, Lindsey, Marissa, Zeke and Zoey.
Memorial contributions may be made to either the White River Humane Society or Wildcare, Inc. in Bloomington.
