He is survived by: his parents, Julie Chase of Bedford and Alan Chase (Karen) of Bedford; his brothers, Kyle Chase (Kyle) of West Baden, Kory Chase of Bedford and Kip Chase (Nicole) of Indianapolis, Indiana; his children, Kenton Chase, Marlee Chase and Skyla Chase of Salem, Indiana; his nephews, Kannon, Konner, Jack, Andrew and Will Chase; and his grandmother Rhoda Chase.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (1515 20th St, Bedford, IN 47421). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
