He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth W. Ratliff, Sr. and Sharon K. Ratliff (Terrell); his children, Kenneth W. Ratliff, III (Cassie) of Bedford and Asia Ratliff of Bedford; his grandsons, Daytin Taylor and Emry Caudill; his sister LeAnn Fish (Rennie) of Bedford; his niece Sarah Wolfred (William) of Carmel; and his great-niece Emma Wolfred. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
