He is survived by: his spouse Teri Clark; his son Kurt Stevens (Pamela) of Bloomington, IL; his stepchildren, Stephenie Davis (Brian Keim) of Greenwood, IN and Steve Davis (Tonya) of Orleans, IN; his grandchildren, Zachary Stevens, Stephen Davis and Brittany Dalton (Levi); his great grandchild Lathan Dalton; his brother Jon Stevens (Theresa) of Bedford; his aunts, Dorothy Miller, Shirley Webster and Nettie Hughes; and his sister-in-law Cheryl Rusk (Jerry) of Jeffersonville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
