She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam McDonald and Grace McDonald (Pritchett); her husband Gary Meadows; her daughter Delita Inman; her siblings, Sue McDonald, Keith and Kent "Mac" McDonald; and her nephew Steve Webb.
She is survived by: her sister Donna Woods of Bedford; and her sister-in-law Sandy McDonald of Mooresville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
