Emerson (Amy) of Wilmington, NC, Danielle L. Emerson of Virginia Beach and Heather R. Kempf (Gene) of Paoli, IN; his grandchildren, John Emerson, Elizabeth Emerson, Jozalyn Kempf, Eric Kempf and Matthew Kempf; and his siblings, Sally Doughtery, Cindy Jadwin (Richard), Steve Emerson (Cathy), Lori Wood (Dan) and Larry Emerson (Belinda). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
