He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Ikerd and Violet Ikerd (Duncan); his parents-in-law, John and Marjorie Myers; and his brothers, Earl, James, Frank and Norman.

He is survived by: his wife Joy Ann Myers; his daughters, Julie Ann Wagner (Ikerd) and Darcie Lynn Catellier (Ikerd); his brother Kenny Ikerd; his grandchildren, Chance, Chase Wagner and Lydia Catellier; and his great grandchildren, Auden and Phoenix Wagner. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Jerry Ikerd was a good man, with a solid foundation of what was right and what was wrong, and a penchant for kindness.
