He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester G. Tolliver and Ruth V. Tolliver (Troxel); and his siblings, William, Chuck, Darrell Tolliver and Keren Kean.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann of Bedford; his daughters, Pamela Abel and April Diane Tolliver; his close friend Joshua Nicley; his grandchildren, Nathan Way and Thomas Abel (Kiara); his great grandchild John William Way; and his pet Casey Brian Tolliver. He is also survived by several cousins and aunts.
