She was predeceased by: her sister Dorene Caster. She is survived by: her son Chester Philip Lively (Jamie); and her brothers, John Burgess, Jr., Bedford William Burgess of Williams and Mark Burgess. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren 5 step grandchildren a great grandson.
