He is survived by: his parents, Scott Smith (Nikki) and Jamie Smith; his daughters, Kenlynn and Stori; his siblings, Gracie Smith, Casey Smith (Brandi) and Jeremy Stevens (Ashley); and his grandmother Betty Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Day & Carter Mortuary (1133 Lincoln Ave, Bedford, IN 47421). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
