It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Kay (Keith) Byrer of Bedford, Indiana, who passed away on October 7, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Keith and Mary Keith; her husband Jack Byrer; and her siblings, Marsha Endsley, Verlin Keith and Larry Keith.
She is survived by: her children, Amy Garmon (Vince) of New Albany and Brent Byrer (Tami) of Bedford; her sister Carolyn Robertson of Overland Park, Kansas; her grandchildren, Evan Garmon (Mollie) of Sellersburg, Blaine Byrer (Abby Schabel) of Bedford, Luke Garmon (Hayley Haws) of Louisville, Marissa Buess (Jeremy) of New Albany and Blaze Byrer (Sydney Stahl) of Bedford; and her great grandchildren, Skylar Garmon and Brixton Buess.
The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to Bertha's Mission of Bedford or Leatherwood Christian Church.
