She is survived by: her husband Jerry Fortner of Bedford; her daughter Stephanie Sipes (Steven) of Mitchell; her sisters, Rhonda Harrell (Tom) of Lexington, Wynola "Odie" Taylor (Verl) of Kentucky and Chieta Rightley (Dale) of Ellettsville; her uncles, Lindsey, Gavin Steele Laney, Linkyn and Truman; and her father-in-law John. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts.
