He is survived by: his wife Jami Martin of Bedford; his children, Janeen Gardner (Jay) of Memphis, TN, Mickey Lee (Cindy) and J. D. Lee (Shanna McFarland); his grandchildren, Damon Lee and Jericho Gardner; his sister Carolyn Sue Bough of Springville; and his half-sister Melissa McCoin (Timmy) of Solsberry. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
