He is survived by: his daughter Kellie Phillips-Ortiz (Timothy) of Bedford; his siblings, Bonnie Mullinax, Vernie Daniel and Orvis Kirkman; his grandchildren, Jessica and Justin Kenney; and his great grandchildren, Bentley, Braylee Combs, Makynlee, Jayden and Clayton Kenney.
