He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William and Nina Arthur, Sr. (Stanard); his wife Betty Nicholson of Bedford; his children, Bronson D. East of Bedford and Arin L. York (Byran) of Elkton, Maryland; his grandchildren, Matt York and Ella York; his siblings, Karen Reeves (Melvin) of Springville, Nancy Marcott of Corinth, Texas, William H. Arthur, Jr. of Bloomington and Raymond L. Arthur; and his brother-in-law Terry Marcott.
