He is survived by: his wife Roanna Moore of Bedford; his children, Robert J. Deckard (Rhonda) of Bedford and Joni Hayes (Jeffrey) of Springville; his granddaughters, Taylor Hayes of Springville and Hannah Hayes of Springville; his sister Julia Spires of Bedford; and his cousin Kelly Brown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
