He was predeceased by: his wife Dora Bex; his parents, Raymond Bex and Anna Bex; and his sisters, Colleen Hill and Barbara Short.
He is survived by: his daughters, Julie Whitsett (Joe) of Indianapolis, Janet Kresser (Dave) of Atlanta, Georgia and Jane Bultman (Bruce) of Greenwood; his grandchildren, Tony, Anna, Elizabeth, Hannah, Jake and Robert; and his great grandchildren, Simon, Estelle and Avery.
