He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Carol Bush (Danny) of Springville, Sally Hutton (Rick) of Springville, Susie Hayes (Craig Striepe) of Florida, John Hayes (Delilah) of Springville and Ed Hayes of Bedford; and his siblings-in-law, Mike Arena of Bedford, Joe Arena of Anderson and Donna Bridwell of Bedford.
