He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Goen and Clorine Goen (Lee); and his brothers, John Goen and William Dean Goen. He is survived by: his sister Judy Thurman of Oolitic; his sister-in-law Debbie Goen of Bedford; his nieces and nephews, Deanna Riggle (Reece) of Bedford, Wes Brown of Bedford, Gavin Brown of Bedford and Byron Goen of Bedford; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Shelby Riggle, Rehn Riggle, Shiley Riggle, Zach Brown, Gunnar Brown, Gracie Brown and Jackie Brown; and also Rowen Riggle.
The family asks that friends consider memorial contributions be made to the Parkinson's Foundation in Jack's name.
