He was predeceased by: his parents, Ermal Foddrill and Elizabeth Foddrill (Wilson); and his brothers, Sam and Larry Foddrill. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Flinn; his daughters, Becky Skillman (Steve) and Trudy Wagner (Jon); his grandchildren, Aaron Skillman and Kelsey Watrol; his great grandchildren, Annabella and Peter Watrol; and his sister Rebekah Ryan.
The family requests those attending the visitation and services to wear masks.
