He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Orville and Eva Catherine Silvers (Bell); and his siblings, Harold Silvers, Rose Kimmel and Elizabeth.
He is survived by: his wife Marsha L. Horner of Bedford; his sons, Timothy A. Silvers (Melissa) of Bloomington, Bradly D. Silvers (Lana) of Bedford and Jeffrey A. Silvers (Danielle) of Bedford; his granddaughters, Savannah Silvers and Chloe Ray; and his siblings, Linda Burrows, Edna Padgett and Bill Silvers.
