He was predeceased by: his parents, Herschel Sr. Stines and Dorothy Stines (Stogdill); his brother Paul Stines; his daughter Lois Fisher; and his siblings, Glen, Russell, Art, Ralph, Edith Tolliver, Darlene Hayes and Clara.
He is survived by: his former wife Mary Louise Harden; his wife Louise Stines of Bedford; his children, Bonnie Stines of Bedford and Timothy Stines, Sr. (Wendi) of Bedford; his son-in-law Todd Fisher of Unionville; his grandchildren, Melissa Rodman (Brent), Robert Chilton (Tabitha), Matthew Chilton (Nathalie), Rebecca Jones, Timothy Jr. Stines (Destiny), William Stines, Blaine Stillions, Hannah Williams, Haleigh Williams and Katie Fisher; his great grandchildren, Colton, Hunter, Dakota, Kaylyn, Jaxson, Emmalynn, Cody, Winsten and Tyler; and his siblings, David Stines of Bloomington and Ellen Taylor (Jimmy) of Smithville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
