He is survived by: his children, Herbert Wheeler, Jr. of Bedford and Judy Wheeler of Virginia; his grandchildren, Teresa King, Tyson Hall and Jessica Lybrook (Hall); his great grandchildren, Annason, Daxtyn King, Hailee, Haley Hall and Saylor Lybrook; and his siblings, George Wheeler and Ruby Owens.
