He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Earl Ramsay and Lena Ramsay (Kinser); his spouse Avis Neal; his siblings, Mabel Axsom, Hazel Norman, Ruth Anne and Jim Ramsay of Pekin, IN.; his friend Luke Medley; and his grandson Asa. He was also cherished by twelve grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and several beloved nieces and nephews.
