It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Harold Wayne Manion of Bedford, Indiana, who passed away on May 27, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Everett and Marie Hale Manion; and his siblings-in-law, Paul, Aleta May Parker, Kent Weisheit, Denny Fortner and Dan Parker.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa Marie Parker; his children, Kelli Marie Taylor (Ty) of Carmel, IN, Anthony Wayne "Tony" Manion of Indianapolis, IN and Melinda Kay "Mindy" Stancombe of Bedford; his siblings, Brenda Weisheit of Bedford, Michael Manion of Bedford, Rita Franklin (Benny) of Springville and Melanie Reynolds (Lincoln) of Needmore; his sisters-in-law, Darlene Parker of Bedford, Patti Fortner of Greenfield, IN and Polly Wilson (Marty) of Springville; his grandchildren, Jordan Crosby Davidson (Scott) of Indianapolis, Paul Stancombe (Claire), Eli Stancombe of Bedford, Lauren and Mitch Taylor of Carmel; and his great grandchild Frankie Davidson of Indianapolis. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and life-long friends.
Wayne was a member of the First Baptist Church of Bedford for several years before Covid and health issues would no longer allow him to attend.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, Wounded Warriors or ASPCA – all causes Wayne loved and supported.
