He is survived by: his children, Richard Carter, Brent Carter, Becky Carter, Rachel Mooneyham and Chris Carter; his grandchildren, Judith, Missy Carter, Scotty, Samantha Baldwin, Kenton, Becca Carter, Jacob, Emma Mooneyham, Wesley, Nathaniel Herth and Josiah Christen; and his siblings, Larry Carter and Mary Carter.
