He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Patton and Brenda Enochs Patton. He is survived by: his children, Gregory Wayne Patton, Jr. (Tabitha) of Brownstown, Ethan A. Patton of Norman and Karen Marie Blocker (Daniel) of Bedford; his brother Marlin Patton (Rebecca) of Bedford; his grandchildren, Bre (Anna Blocker), Lucas Blocker and Nylah Patton; his nephew Dylan Patton; and the mother of his children Donna Lynn Horn Creech (Chad).

Spurgeon Funeral Home, Inc. will be practicing social distancing according to CDC guidelines.

Memorials may be given to the homeless men's shelter in Bedford.
