She was predeceased by: her spouse Zelbert B. Hawkins, Jr.; her son Randy Hawkins (Emily); her daughter-in-law Debbie Hawkins; and her brother Charles Dean Reuter. She is survived by: her children, Jerry Hawkins (Linda) of Bedford and Debbie Maze (Jon) of Bedford; her grandchildren, Missy Brown (Stacey), Mindy Kimbrel (Justin), Justin Pogue (Michelle), Marci Bennett (Bryce) and Heath Hawkins (Angel); her great grandchildren, Jordan Taylor (Dustin), Taylor Brown (Kaitlyn), Clayton Brown, Dalton Brown, Brynlea Bennett, Kaedyn Bennett, Ella Pogue and Lilly Hawkins; her great great grandchildren, Amelia Brown and Nora Brown; and her sister-in-law Wilma Jeanie Reuter.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that friends consider memorial donations be made to Dive Christian Church Ground and Maintenance Fund, The Lawrence County Cancer Patient Services or The Hillcrest Building Fund.
