She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Lemon and Izella Lemon (Stillions); and her spouse Ben Maddox. She is survived by: her children, Ted Maddox (Diane) of Guthrie and Anita Ritter (Gary) of Guthrie; her grandchildren, Matthew Ritter (Andrea), Heather Moore (Matthew), Danielle Martin (Kelsey) and Jake Maddox; her great grandchildren, Madelyn Grace Ritter, Braden Ritter, Tayler Moore and Isaiah Moore; her sister Mildred Maddox of Guthrie; and her sister-in-law Loretta Maddox. She is also survived by several nieces and nephew.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Valley Mission Church of the Nazarene.
