He was predeceased by: his parents, Timothy A. Brown and Renia M. Brown (Staggs); and his siblings, Alva Brown, Timothy Brown, Susie "Brown" Speer, Mary "Cricket" Estrada and Helen Speer.
He is survived by: his wife Analyn Abella; his children, Marisol Brown, Rocio Brown Jimenez, Gerald Brown, Jr. and Lee Gerald Brown; his granddaughters, Micayla Roe, Cecilia Roe and Cielito Bern; his great grandchildren, Caden Bern, Birdie Bern and Mercy Bern; and his siblings, Larry Brown, Bob Brown, Danny Brown and Alice Brown.
