He was predeceased by: his parent Gail Eugene Conley. He is survived by: his mother Ruby Goins (Wheeler) of Bedford; his siblings, Chris Conley (Julie) of Bedford, Sandy Conley of Medora and Gala Hatfield (Rick) of Mitchell; and his fiancée Patricia Rishforth of Bedford. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
