He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Whitford and Estella Whitford (Lising); and his siblings, Ralph, Donald, Ronald, Daniel, Russell, David, Donna Lee Pelle, Mary Ann Combs and Shirley Jones.
He is survived by: his spouse Sharon Schooley; his daughters, Lee Ann Kelly (Tim) of Bedford and Theresa Heider (Fred) of Ft; and his siblings, Jerry Whitford (Dianne), Joseph Whitford (Sheila), Robert Whitford (Wanda), Kay Barth and Sue Rainey (Dale).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the White River Humane Society In Memory of Gene P. Whitford.
