He is survived by: his former wife Kathryn Carmichael; his wife Rita Watts (Hopkins); his children, Charles Bowman of Conyers, Georgia, Tina Howard (Dave Swaby) of Springville, Angie Hobbs (Tony) of Bedford and Cindy Bowman of Bloomington; his grandchildren, Chris Howard, Ashley Niflis (Kenny), Jacob Hobbs (Madison Jean), Courtney Bowman, L. Charles Bowman and Katherine Brown; his great grandchild Colton Ridge; and his brother David of Ft. Myers, Florida..
