He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Thomas and Celia May Holt (Covey); and his brother Anthony Dale Holt. He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, David Bryant Holt (Sharon Newsome) and Kimberly Lynn Wright (Greg); and his siblings, Robert Leo Holt (Elaine), James Russell "George" Holt (Jay), Dixie Elaine Moore (Edward) and Linda Gayle Davis (John). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren.
