She was predeceased by: her parents, James Bell and Zona Bell (Denney); her husband Jack Livingston; her brother Homer Bell; and her son-in-law John Rowe.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pauline Rowe (Sexton) of Bedford, Mary Sue Turner (Sexton) of Bedford and Debbie Adams (Chuck) of Bedford; her grandchildren, David Sexton of Bedford, Melissa Shaw (Steve) of Oolitic and Atalie Anderson (Nikiha) of Bedford; her great grandchildren, Shane Rowe, Emma Grubb, Titan Sexton, Jade Anderson, Jack Anderson, Breanna Shaw and Hana Powell (Tyler); and her siblings, Marie Garing of Kensington, MD, Linda Anderson of Fowler, IN and Arnold Bell of Oxford, IN. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
