He is survived by: his wife Carol of Mitchell; his sons, Daniel Survance (Diane) of Mitchell, Jeffrey Survance of Bedford and Matthew Howard Survance of Mitchell; his grandsons, Cameron Survance and Patrick Survance; and his siblings, Louise Holloway (Dale) of Pennsylvania, Hazel Furhman of Shoals, Doris Russell of Mitchell and Roger Survance of Kentucky. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
