Elizabeth Ann Hickerson Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 5, 2021, at the age of 77, Elizabeth Ann Hickerson of Bedford, Indiana, born in Leavenworth, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hans Goetz and Mary Ann Goetz (Knab); her husband Charles "Doug" Hickerson; her grandson Christopher L. Mannix II; and her siblings, Anna Marie Heintzelman and George Goetz.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cheri Mannix (Chris) of Bedford and Kelly Spivey of Indianapolis; her granddaughter Kenna Spivey of Indianapolis; her siblings, Mary Louise, Alfred Goetz (Clara) of Leavenworth, KS and John Goetz (Bobbi) of Leavenworth, KS; and her brother-in-law Jim Hickerson (Betsy) of Mansfield, AR. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions be made to one of the charities Elizabeth supported: White River Humane Society, Becky's Place, or the Men's Warming Shelter.
