He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Perry of Greenwood and William Perry (Barbara) of Springville, Indiana; his grandsons, Zachary Perry and Jacob Perry; and his siblings, Larry Perry of Oolitic, Indiana, Lucy Mitchell of Oolitic and Edna Whitaker of Columbia. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
