He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ray and Ruth Ellen Bell. He is survived by: his children, John Richard Bell of Ohio, Dathan Moody (Anna) of Bedford, Khortney Bell (Heather) of Bedford and Roy Bell of Bedford; and his brothers, Linville Bell (Evelyn) of Springville, Zendell Bell (Donita) of Bedford and Charlie Bell (Rhonda) of Greene County. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
