Dorothy J. Riggs Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy J. Riggs of Bedford, Indiana, who passed away on April 18, 2023 at the age of 101. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Wampler and Florence Wampler (Gilbreth); her husband Roy Riggs, Jr.; her daughter Robin Medlock; her granddaughter Julie Scott; and her brothers, Fred Wampler, Jr., Louis Wampler and Jim Wampler.
She is survived by: her daughter Pat Scott (Roger); her grandsons, Brian Scott, Zach Medlock and J. D. Medlock (Traci); her great grandchildren, Jasmine Perry (Justin), Dalton Valencia and Teddy Medlock; and her great great grandchildren, Braxton Perry and Caroline Perry.
Contributions in memory of Dorothy can be made to the Saint Vincent de Paul Catholic School.
